The Staywell Clinic requires full payment when booking your appointment. Payment options will be sent upon booking. Forms and full payment must be received in full before booking confirmation is sent.
We reserve the right to cancel appointments, and a full refund will be given in this circumstance.
Appointments can be amended up to 48 hours before your appointment time. You will need to contact us to make the change to the date or time.
Appointments cancelled up to 48 hours before appointment time will receive a full refund.
Appointments cancelled 24-48 hours before appointment time can be cancelled but you will be charged 50% of the appointment fee.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice can be cancelled but you will be charged the full appointment fee.
Appointments which include a pre-ordered item such as a testing kit or vaccine can not be cancelled for a refund.
Non Attendance of your appointment will be charged at the full rate of the appointment booked.
We do not offer refunds for any prescribed medication.
