By using this website you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these Terms from time to time; please check this page regularly.
3. Medical information disclaimer
The content on this site is provided for general information only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for an individual consultation with a qualified clinician. Do not delay seeking professional advice because of something you have read here.

4. Who may use this site
This site is intended for individuals 18 years and over. If you are under 18, you may use the site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

If you create an account (e.g., for bookings or orders), you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activities under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify and display such content on the site and in our materials. We may remove any content at our discretion.

All trademarks, logos, trade names, text, graphics, photographs, video/audio, design and code on this site are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view, print and download extracts for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not modify the paper or digital copies of any material you have printed or downloaded, nor use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio separately from accompanying text, without our written permission.

We try to keep information accurate and up to date, but we make no representations, warranties or guarantees (express or implied) that the content on the site is accurate, complete or current. Clinical services are subject to individual assessment; eligibility and availability may change.
10. POM and advertising compliance
We do not advertise prescription-only medicines (POMs) to the public. Where our site refers to prescription treatment, it is for service-led information only. Any prescription is considered case-by-case by a qualified prescriber and, if issued, is sent to a nominated UK-registered pharmacy for supply. We do not dispense medicines.
11. Third-party links
This site may contain links to third-party websites and resources. These are provided for your information only and we have no control over, nor responsibility for, their content or availability.
12. E-commerce & payments
If you place an order through our online shop, you will be asked to agree to our Terms of Sale. Payments are processed by third-party providers. We do not store full card details on our servers.
13. Privacy & cookies
Your use of this site is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. These explain how we use your personal data, our lawful bases, and how we use cookies/consent tools.
