I recently booked a Wellman check at the Staywell Clinic after seeing their advertising, and the fact that they’re local to me made the decision even easier. The booking process was straightforward, and my appointment was confirmed without any hassle. On arrival, I was welcomed at reception, and the friendly, informal atmosphere immediately put me at ease. I was then introduced to my nurse, Lorraine, and after a brief chat we headed to the consulting room. She explained every step of the process clearly, outlining what we’d be doing and why, leaving no unanswered questions. Her approach was both highly professional and relaxed, which made the whole experience much more comfortable. Once all the checks were completed, Lorraine talked me through everything in detail and advised that my blood test results would take a couple of days. Due to work commitments, I wasn’t able to return in person, but Lorraine phoned me with the results and explained them thoroughly. I was pleased to hear that everything was fine, and she also sent a copy of the results for my records. Overall, the experience was not only worthwhile but presented in a professional, friendly, and reassuring manner. The establishment was clean, warm and immediately inviting. From the moment I entered the clinic I was greeted with a caring and professional receptionist offering me a drink before I was seen. Lorraine the nurse saw me and was very professional and made me feel relaxed and comfortable. I would highly recommend anyone wanting to have ear irrigation at this clinic everything went very smoothly and I was very happy with my procedure. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

“I CANNOT praise Lorraine enough. I spoke to for possible perimenopausal symptoms. She listened thoroughly to everything I had to say, didn’t dismiss me and ordered a variety of tests. What was wonderful was that she did not just follow the blood test results and then dismiss me, she continued to listen and said that she would try me on some medication. The medication has been life changing. Every time I have spoken to her she has taken so much time, She is truly amazing.
